Tank punishments – New principles

The Tank default overcharge is being supplanted with another Tank punishment and interest system.

The new guidelines apply to Tank bookkeeping periods starting on or after 1 January 2023.

Late documenting punishments

The new punishment system works on a focuses based framework. Every Tank return got late, including nothing and reimbursement returns, will get one late accommodation punishment point.

Late installment punishments
